Robin Smith

Robin Smith is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in education and urban planning. Currently an Adjunct Professor at Monroe County Community College since August 2015 and an Adjunct Faculty member at Wayne State University since 2003, Robin also serves as CEO and Founder of The WADE Center for Self Development, specializing in project management and women's empowerment. As an Independent Consultant for ESI, INTERNATIONAL, Robin provides project management training in various locations throughout the Midwest. Active in the Professional Woman Network, Robin's contributions include co-authoring several notable books and serving on the International Advisory Board. Previously, Robin held roles at the Fox Theatre in Detroit, Detroit LISC, Strategic Staffing Solutions, and the Eastside Industrial Council, showcasing a diverse skill set in management, technical consulting, and community development. Robin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Urban Planning, both from Wayne State University.
