Roberta Caviness

Roberta Caviness is an experienced engineering and project management professional with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) objectives. Currently serving as Turnaround Lead at Monroe Energy, LLC since November 2020, Roberta has led cross-functional teams in various roles, including Project Manager/Leader at BP, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Previously, Roberta held positions such as Capital Planning and Engineering Manager at W. R. Grace & Co., Manager of Projects and Engineering at Tesoro Corporation, and Maintenance and TAR Superintendent/Project Manager at Westlake Chemical. Early career experience includes significant contributions at The Dow Chemical Company and Rayonier. Roberta holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, obtained in 1995.
