Dennis Monroe

Dennis Monroe, JD, MBA, is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in franchise finance, corporate finance, tax, and restaurant finance. Since 1985, Dennis has served as Chairman, Shareholder, and Attorney at Monroe Moxness Berg PA. From January 2009 to October 2011, Dennis held the position of CEO at Parasole Restaurant Holdings. Prior roles include Shareholder and Attorney at Nicklaus Law Firm from 1979 to 1985 and Tax Attorney at Ernst & Young in 1978-1979. Dennis holds a Juris Doctor degree from Saint Louis University School of Law and an MBA from Saint Louis University, both obtained between 1974 and 1978, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carthage College, earned in 1974.
