Greg Herman

Greg Herman has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in purchasing, supply chain, and marketing. Greg was the VP of Purchasing at Monsanto, where they optimized global chemicals spend and implemented change management strategies. At Honeywell, they served as the Senior Director of Global Purchasing, focusing on cost reduction, eSourcing, and implementing a new procurement scorecard. As the Director of Supply Chain/Purchasing at Celanese, Greg implemented new service rules and utilized six sigma to reduce expenditures. Greg also held the role of Director of Marketing and successfully managed product, price, distribution, and promotion. At Praxair, they oversaw marketing for the global semiconductor materials business and led new product development efforts.

Greg Herman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. Greg also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Honeywell, obtained in 2008.
