Blake Britten

Blake Britten is an experienced leader in strategic planning and operations with a strong background in driving growth and efficiency across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of Strategic Planning at Monster Energy since 2020, Blake oversees the definition and execution of commercial goals for US markets while leading cross-functional teams in developing comprehensive plans. Prior to this role, Blake held positions such as Director of Strategy at Monster Energy and Director of Strategic Initiatives at TriMark USA, effectively partnering with sales organizations to enhance strategic initiatives. Previous experience includes roles in corporate strategy at Mattel, operations strategy consulting at Strategy& (part of the PwC network), and senior management at McMaster-Carr. Educational qualifications include an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S.E. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
