Caroline Martin is the National Account Manager at Monster. Caroline has over fifteen years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. Caroline has a strong track record of developing relationships with clients and candidates and delivering results.

Prior to joining Monster, Caroline was the Placement Director – Financial Division at Quantum Management Services Ltd. Caroline was responsible for account development, account management and placement of candidates for the permanent financial division of Quantum Montreal. Caroline was ranked 12 in the top placement directors across Canada for 2003 and developed 2 large multinational accounts with repeat business.
