Katie Reynolds, CPHR, serves as the Director of People & Culture at Monstercat since April 2018, leading a team in implementing an inclusive, purpose-driven People strategy for multiple locations including Canada, the USA, and Singapore within an award-winning remote-first culture. Previous roles include Talent and Culture Manager at Go2mobi, where Katie focused on mobile advertising solutions, and Human Resources at Reliable Controls, specializing in building automation. Katie's career also includes experience as Office & HR Manager at White Label, a brand marketing specialist. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Human Resource Practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Bachelor of Arts with double major in Philosophy and Anthropology from the University of Victoria.
