Vibe Herlitschek

Vibe Herlitschek is an experienced HR professional currently serving as VP People & Culture at Monta since January 2023. Prior roles include VP People & Culture at GOODIEBOX from October 2021 to December 2022, and People Director at People Ventures from June to October 2021, where responsibilities remained consistent during a company relaunch. Vibe was previously the People Director at inQvation from September 2019 to May 2021, focusing on building a strong organizational culture and people services. As Head of HR at Miinto Group from July 2017 to August 2019, Vibe managed HR across a diverse workforce in multiple countries.
