Jenna Jiampietro

Jenna Jiampietro has extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Jenna started their career as a Guest Services Associate at Stratton Mountain Resort in 2016. Jenna then moved on to Lenox Hotel, Back Bay, where they worked as a Guest Service Representative and later as a Guest Services Manager from June 2017 to August 2020. Currently, Jenna holds the position of Guest Relations Manager at Montage Hotels & Resorts, which they have held since June 2021. In June 2022, they were promoted to the role of Guest Relations Director.

Jenna Jiampietro attended Bronxville High School from 2009 to 2012. Jenna then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, General at Trinity College-Hartford, graduating in 2016. In 2020, Jenna enrolled at Boston University and completed a Master's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management in 2021.
