Brynn Conn has a diverse work experience with a focus on retail strategy and management. Starting in 2002 at Nordstrom, Brynn worked their way up from Sales Associate to Flagship General Manager, where they led the entry into a new international market and developed and promoted numerous employees. Brynn also served as National Retail Director, supporting annual sales of $530M across 120 US stores.
In 2020, Brynn joined Hudson's Bay Company as Vice President/General Manager and Retail Consultant. Brynn advised on culture, process, and a digital-first mindset, and built a digital selling strategy to support e-commerce and brick-and-mortar business.
Currently, as of 2022, Brynn holds the position of Vice President of Retail Strategy at Montage International.
Brynn Conn earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Agricultural Business and Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in the years 2000-2004. Additionally, Brynn attained several certifications, including OMNICHANNEL Leadership from Cornell University in 2022, Executive leadership from eCornell in 2021, and Inclusive Leadership from LinkedIn in 2018.
