Mandy Holloway has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Mandy began their career as a Corporate Training & Development Manager at Cunard Line Limited in 1999. Mandy then worked at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as a Senior Corporate Director, overseeing talent management and global learning. In 2010, Holloway became the Chief Learning Officer at TSA Training Services, where they led a team of consultants in optimizing performance for hotel groups. Mandy then transitioned to Hard Rock International as the Senior Director of Global Talent & Learning, responsible for developing and implementing the global talent strategy. Holloway continued their career at Norwegian Cruise Line as the Vice President of Global Talent Management, where they developed and implemented the HR and talent strategy for multiple cruise lines. Prior to their current role as the EVP and Chief People Officer at Montage International, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources & Employee Engagement at NBCUniversal, Universal Studios Hollywood. Holloway's work experience showcases their expertise in human resources and talent management in various industries and organizations.

Mandy Holloway holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Studies from Bournemouth University.
