Dr. Johni Cruse Craig

Dr. Johni Cruse Craig is a seasoned educational leader and small business owner with extensive experience in consulting, community engagement, and educational advocacy. As the owner of Heart 2 Heart Services, LLC since January 2014, Dr. Craig provides a range of services including strategic consulting, training, mentorship, and project management. Concurrently, Dr. Craig has served as a Community Engagement Counselor for Montage Marketing Group, LLC since February 2017, and previously directed projects for the Delta Research and Educational Foundation, focusing on teacher efficacy and advocacy to ensure equitable education for all students. With a solid teaching background across multiple educational levels, Dr. Craig holds multiple degrees, including a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership.
