Harry is an RICS Registered Valuer who specialises in financial viability and affordable housing. Harry has significant experience in financial modelling of proposed residential and mixed-use developments, appraising various affordable housing tenures as well as assessing the existing use value of development sites.

Harry prepares financial viability assessments in support of residential-led planning applications on behalf of developers, housing associations and landowners. Harry justifies the level of affordable housing that a scheme is able to support whilst remaining deliverable. Harry will then enter into negotiations with the local authority to agree on a viable level of affordable housing provision.
