Kate has over 18 years of residential experience in valuation and advisory services. She is the Build To Rent lead within our Living Sector. Her experience is in consultancy and valuation of BtR/PRS investment assets and residential development land. Kate also has the ability to work with funds, large and niche lenders, developers, land promoters and both experienced and new-to-market investors.
