Tom Loake

Tom specialises in providing strategy Development Consultancy and Agency services to both public and private sector landowners. Tom has particular experience providing specialist advice to transport and infrastructure providers, identifying development opportunities within the context of a dynamic and functioning operational estate. In addition, Tom provides alternative use value and agency services to funds and investment managers. Previously he worked in the Development Consultancy team at BNP Paribas for the 3 years, before joining Montagu Evans in 2017.
