Victoria Bell

Victoria is a Consultant in the Strategic Advisory team, where she specialises in aligning people and property.

She works across both private and public sector clients, advising and supporting them in solving complex challenges by assessing the needs and objectives of each client and working in partnership with all stakeholders.

Victoria brings over 5 years’ experience of Public / Private Partnerships, contract management and stakeholder consultation, having overseen large-scale public sector contracts for operational portfolios. She uses her comprehensive understanding of real estate and infrastructure marketplaces and problem-solving abilities to help her clients understand their challenges. These skills, combined with her ability to project manage and strategise, helps her clients with the planning and implementation of successful delivery plans in order to develop bespoke strategies for their assets or portfolios.
