Claudia Paniker Rumeu

Claudia Paniker Rumeu is the current Director at Montagu Private Equity. Claudia has also served as a Board Director for International Schools of Europe, FNZ, and Nuter Feed S.A.U., and as the European Head of TMT for HIG Capital.

Born in Barcelona, Spain, Claudia graduated from Universitat Pompeu Fabra with a degree in Economics. Claudia then went on to earn their MBA from INSEAD.

Claudia has over 15 years of experience in the private equity industry. Claudia began their career at HIG Capital, where they worked for seven years before moving on to Montagu Private Equity. At Montagu, they have been responsible for investments in the software and technology sector.

Claudia is a Board Member of the European Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (EVCA) and a member of the investment committee of the Spanish Confederation of Family Businesses (COCEF).

Claudia Paniker Rumeu has an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master's degree from the University of Cambridge, and a Master's degree from the University of St Andrews.
