Natassia Kourousi

Natassia Kourousi is the current Compliance Manager at Montagu Private Equity. Natassia has previous experience working as a Project Manager at Eintech and as the Head of UK Risk and Compliance at Equatex Global.

Natassia has always been driven to help others and make a positive difference in the world. After completing their home building work, they were ready to focus their energy into something new. Natassia was drawn to the field of compliance because it offers the opportunity to protect people and businesses from harm.

At Eintech, Natassia was responsible for consulting on AML MLR17 industry practices as an SME, project management, and product manager cover. Natassia also had ISO 22301 / 27001 & 9001 audit responsibility. Her time at Eintech gave their valuable experience in the compliance field.

In their role as Head of UK Risk and Compliance at Equatex Global, Natassia was responsible for UK Risk, Compliance and MLRO Oversight and Management. Natassia was also a member of the UK business carve out project team to ensure UK regulations were in place post Go Live. In addition, they managed 1 Compliance Associate, oversaw CASS segregation to an independent officer, and produced the Compliance Monitoring Programme. Natassia also worked on compliance projects relating to GDPR/MiFID II/SMCR.

At their current role as Compliance Manager at Montagu Private Equity, Natassia is responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs, providing compliance advice and support to the business, overseeing regulatory changes, and managing compliance risks.
