Sebastian Ahrens

Sebastian is a Director of Montagu Full Potential Partners. He joined us in 2020 from VivaNeo, a Waterland Private Equity portfolio company, where he served as Group CEO for three years. Prior to this, Sebastian spent 13 years with McKinsey & Company and served 10 years as CEO of Hapag-Lloyd Cruises, before joining his family’s business in retail and real estate for 5 years. Sebastian holds an MA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge University and an MPA from the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
