Jay Phillips

Jay Phillips has a work experience starting in 2006 as a Senior Financial-Compliance Auditor at the State of Montana Legislative Audit Division. In 2011, they joined the Montana Office of Public Instruction as the Centralized Services Administrator and later became the Chief Financial Officer in December 2021.
