Jade Opfer

Jade Opfer has a diverse work experience starting in 1991 with the US Army, where they served as an Infantry Team Leader. During their time with the army, they focused on team leadership, training, and performance assessment. In 1994, they transitioned to UPS as a Denver Regional Routing Manager, where they provided communication support between management, staff, and customers. In 1995, they joined Sports Authority and quickly progressed through various retail leadership roles, eventually becoming the District Manager for Northern Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana. In this role, they were responsible for the daily operations and performance of 11 retail locations, successfully improving sales and customer service metrics. Most recently, in 2016, they joined Montana Silversmiths as the Director of Specialty Retail Sales, and subsequently became the Vice President of Retail Sales.

Jade Opfer obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Colorado Denver. Jade pursued their education at the university from 1995 to 2000.
