Carrie Albro

Carrie Albro has a diverse work experience across various industries. Carrie is currently the CIO of the Montana Department of Public Health & Human Services. Before that, they worked at FICO as the Senior Director of Global Business Operations, where they developed strategic business programs and collaborated with fraud leaders to support global market growth. Prior to that, they were the Director of Professional Services and Customer Success at TEXbase, where they transformed client success and directed compliance initiatives. Carrie also has experience as a Product Manager at Summit Resource International, Vice President of Products at Noblivity, Director of Professional Services at ORACLE/RightNow, Director of Business Technologies at AOL, and a Principal Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers/IBM Global Services. Throughout their career, they have managed projects, developed IT strategies, and led business development efforts for various clients.

Carrie Albro earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of San Diego. Carrie later obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business.
