Hannah Hill

Hannah Hill is an experienced executive search associate specializing in the fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning, data, product, and technology. Currently employed at MontaRosa since March 2025, Hannah supports business leaders primarily in the financial services and technology markets. Prior to this, Hannah served as the Research Director for the Technology Executive Search Practice at BIE Executive from January 2023 to January 2025, and held roles at Renaissance Leadership, including Research Partner and Senior Research Director between January 2016 and December 2022. Earlier experience includes positions at Odgers Berndtson and Harvey Nash plc, focusing on executive searches within CIO practices. Hannah began a career in account management at Markettiers4dc and worked as an International Publicity Coordinator for The Random House Group. Academically, Hannah holds a degree in Combined Studies from Newcastle University, covering philosophy, religious studies, and sociology.
