Jacquie Harris

Cristie has previous accounting and finance experience in diverse industries and roles both in the private and nonprofit sector, ranging from Healthcare, Manufacturing, Fitness and Legal. Although her primary expertise is on business development and financial accounting, she has also held positions in marketing, human resources, and event planning.   

She holds two masters degrees from Hult International Business School in International Business and in Finance. During her studies she had the opportunity to live in London, Shanghai, and Dubai. This exposure has allowed her to gain understanding of different business practices, cultures, and languages. Her undergraduate degree is from Berkeley College where she was involved in student government and Model UN.  

Cristie is also very active in the community as she volunteers and helps others in the fitness industry through training and support. She is also a personal trainer and lives in NYC.

Jodi is one of the Founders of MontaRosa and came from Heidrick & Struggles where she helped manage the global private equity, venture capital and alternative financing practice focused on driving revenue through global knowledge management and partner/client engagement.
In addition to managing global leadership projects, Jodi leads the firm with a focus on superlative client service and quality execution. 

She was also Associate Director of the San Francisco office for several years working with clients across the globe on hundreds of C-level searches. Her position as Managing Director at MontaRosa has been focused not only on driving stellar delivery for clients, but also building out the content behind the projects for its talent initiatives, thought leadership and metrics-based research programs. At MontaRosa, every client engagement is commenced with a deep understanding of qualitative and quantitative market drivers to get to the right leadership solution. Part of Jodi’s role is to identify proven transformational talent and the next generation of leaders around the globe with a particular emphasis on companies going through a major step-change or restructuring.


She is highly specialized in emerging markets, financial services and private equity.  Upon graduation from the University of the Pacific with a degree in international affairs and commerce, and a minor in French language, Jodi started her career as a research analyst at the World Resources Institute in Washington, D.C. She worked with the Senior Economist focused on population, sustainability and emerging markets issues, which ultimately led to a two-year stint with the Peace Corps in Cameroon. Upon her return to the U.S., Jodi worked for Montgomery Securities first in equity research and then on special projects for the CEO. Just prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jodi spent time as a career counselor for MBAs going into private equity and venture capital at The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.

Jodi is an active member in the community working with local public schools, homeless veterans and those who face food insecurity in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Tom Buckett is the Managing Director of Asset Management at [MontaRosa](/org/montarosa). Tom has over 15 years of experience in executive search and has worked with some of the world's leading companies in this field.

Buckett started their career as an Associate at [Russell Reynolds Associates](/org/russell-reynolds-associates) in 2005. Tom then moved to CTPartners in 2008, where they were a Partner for five years. In 2013, they joined [Heidrick & Struggles](/org/heidrick-struggles) as a Partner in their Real Estate and Asset Management practice. Tom then moved to Segalen+associés in 2016, where they were a Partner until 2021.

Buckett has a wealth of experience in executive search and has helped companies across a range of industries to find the right leaders for their businesses. Tom is now bringing their expertise to [MontaRosa](/org/montarosa), where they are helping to build a world-class team of asset managers.

Carolyn Lutz is the Managing Director at [MontaRosa](/org/montarosa). Prior to their current position, they were a Consultant at AvS – International Trusted Advisors from March 2017 to May 2020. Before that, they were the Founder of Lutz & Partners International Executive Search from November 2005 to March 2017.

Lutz began their career as the Founding Partner of [Heidrick & Struggles](/org/heidrick-struggles) Geneva office in September 1998. There, they built, developed, and trained a successful search team. In January 1995, they joined Korn/Ferry International as a Principal and then La Prairie Group as Head of International in January 1993.

Lutz's first position was (Assistant) Brand Manager at [Procter & Gamble](/org/procter-gamble) from January 1990 to December 1993. Before that, they served as Captain in the United States Marine Corps from January 1983 to December 1988.

Carolyn Lutz holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from The Wharton School and a Master's Degree from The Lauder Institute - University of Pennsylvania. Carolyn also has a Bachelor of Science - BS from [Vassar College](/org/vassar-college).

Lindsay is an Executive Assistant & Research Associate, providing search support while also contributing to the Research team.

She started her career in Account Management working at two advertising agencies, working her way up from an internship to an Account Management role. She brought her project management skills to a global executive search firm where she worked in the Education, Nonprofit and Government practice, the boards practice and then supported an executive in a boutique search firm.

Lindsay graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Communications. She is a published children’s book author and community volunteer.

While attending LMU, Gabriella worked as a research assistant for the chair of the economics department, in the field of experimental and behavioral economics. She studied abroad at the Beijing Center in China during the spring of 2019 and at the University of Gonzaga in Florence, Italy during the fall of 2017. She volunteers with emphasis on supporting the program: Service for Sight.
