Barr Moses is the Co-Founder and CEO of Monte Carlo. Barr has a wealth of experience in the technology industry, having worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company, where they focused on strategy and M&A for technology companies. Barr also served as the VP of Customer Success Operations at Gainsight, where they built and scaled a global team responsible for customer data and analytics, customer success, customer marketing, professional services, technical support, and business operations.


In their previous role as a mentor at First Round Capital, Barr worked with startups such as Dapper Labs, ZenHub, and Narvar.


Barr Moses began their career as a research assistant at the Stanford Statistics Department before serving as a commander in the Israeli Air Force.


Barr Moses has a BS in Mathematics and Computational Sciences from Stanford University.
