Jennifer Harkness Cinadr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and training across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Engagement at Monte Nido since May 2025, Jennifer has previously held positions such as Organizational Development Manager at Foresight Mental Health and Learning and Development Manager at VEIC. At National Life Group, Jennifer designed and implemented corporate-wide training programs for over 1,000 employees and led initiatives aimed at developing emerging women leaders.
