Elena Dolgikh

Elena (Lena) Dolgikh, PhD has extensive work experience in computational chemistry and cheminformatics. Elena (Lena) currently serves as the Head of Computational Chemistry at Monte Rosa Therapeutics since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Vertex Pharmaceuticals from December 2018 to February 2023. At Vertex, they held the positions of Associate Director, Chemical Data Science and Sr. Research Scientist, Data and Computational Sciences, where they led a group of data scientists and applied their expertise in computational chemistry to advance chemical series across multiple disease projects.

Before joining Vertex, Elena worked at Eli Lilly and Company from September 2013 to November 2018.
