Phil Nickson

Philip Nickson currently serves as the Chief Business and Legal Officer at Monte Rosa Therapeutics since May 2021, having previously held roles including SVP and General Counsel, and SVP, Head, Legal Operations. Prior experience includes over nine years at Momenta Pharmaceuticals, where Philip held the role of Vice President of Intellectual Property, managing all IP matters and leading multiple patent litigations, inter partes reviews, and antitrust actions. Philip also worked at Fish & Richardson P.C. as a Patent Agent and Technology Specialist, primarily in biotechnology. An academic background includes a JD from Suffolk University Law School, a PhD from The University of Manchester, and a BSc from the University of Central Lancashire.
