Shailee Vora

Shailee Vora, PhD, is a Scientist I in Target and Discovery Biology at Monte Rosa Therapeutics since September 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a PhD candidate at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai from August 2015 to August 2021, where research focused on CRISPR/Cas9 technologies to generate human iPSC models for studying splicing factor mutations in myeloid malignancies. Vora has also completed a fellowship at Mount Sinai Innovation Partners, a laboratory technician role at Harvard Medical School studying fat metabolism in Drosophila, and research technician positions at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Genetic Services, Inc. Education comprises a PhD in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, an MS in Biotechnology from Northeastern University, and a BS in Biology and Neuroscience from Brandeis University.
