Eugene Carter

Eugene Carter is a seasoned professional in program scheduling and production management, currently serving as Master Scheduler at Monte Sano Research Corporation since May 2017. Responsibilities include managing integrated master schedules for critical Army missile and rocket technology development programs, alongside analyzing prime contractor schedules.
