Kelly Benson

Kelly Benson is a seasoned professional in manufacturing and quality management with over 20 years of experience. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Montebello Packaging since April 2019, Kelly oversees operations at the Harrisonburg, VA facility while also leading the Lebanon, KY plant. Previous roles include Plant Manager at Teutech LLC / HiTech Gears, where responsibilities focused on automotive and industrial powder metal components, and Quality Manager at GKN Sinter Metals, managing quality across two facilities. Kelly’s career encompasses significant contributions to quality assurance, process improvements, and customer relations across various manufacturing environments, complemented by an ongoing pursuit of a materials manager certificate from Penn State University.
