Steve Keim possesses extensive experience in production and plant management, with a career spanning over four decades across various manufacturing organizations. Currently serving as Production Supervisor at McKee Foods Corporation since April 2013 and as Plant Manager at Montebello Packaging since November 2011, Steve has previously held significant leadership roles including Plant Manager at Royal Guard Company and Mastic Corporation. Steve's expertise includes financial oversight, operational efficiency, and implementing Lean Manufacturing principles, yielding substantial cost savings and productivity improvements. Notable achievements include transforming a facility's financial performance, achieving significant reductions in scrap and warranty costs, and attaining ISO certification. Academically, Steve holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration & Accounting from Michiana College of Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Indiana University.
