Chris Lin

Chris brings to Montecito more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate. Before joining Montecito, he served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions for Hendricks Commercial Properties in Beloit, WI. Prior to that, he was a real estate project analyst for Reich Brothers in White Plains, NY, and a senior analyst for Suzuki Capital in New York City. Chris began his career as an analyst for Pujen Land Development, a top luxury condominium developer in Taiwan.

Chris holds an MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Engineering from Feng Chia University in Taiwan. He has certifications as an ARGUS Developer and in ARGUS Enterprise, and he is a member of the Urban Land Institute, NAIOP (the Commercial Real Estate Development Association), and ICSC, the largest global trade association for the real estate industry.
