Elena Sirtori

Elena Sirtori is currently the R&D Manager at Gruppo Montenegro, overseeing the R&D Food team for various food brands within the group. With previous experience at companies such as Lavazza, Griffith Foods, and The Kraft Heinz Company, Elena has a background in coordinating and supervising innovative projects in the food industry. Elena holds degrees in Food Science and Technology, as well as a specialization in Quality and Safety of Human Nutrition from the Università degli Studi di Milano.
