Martina Galli

Martina Galli is an experienced Demand Planner at Gruppo Montenegro since April 2015, responsible for updating demand forecasts and leading monthly S&OP meetings in collaboration with multiple departments. In addition to this role, Martina serves as an elected member of an Employee Resource Group (ERG), focusing on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization. Prior experience includes an internship in Supply Chain at L'Oréal, where responsibilities included supporting logistics activities and analyzing KPIs, and an internship at Ducati Motor Holding related to a master's thesis on Value Stream Management. Martina holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, along with a High School Diploma from Liceo Scientifico Leonardo da Vinci.
