Hayleigh Smith

Hayleigh Smith has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Swim Instructor/Coach at San Benito Aquatics from 2011-2016. Hayleigh then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Mesa Produce from 2016-2018. During this time, they also held the role of Assistant to Melinda Hill, Marketing and Production Intern at Melinda Hill Productions from 2018-2019. From 2018-2019, Hayleigh was also a Front Desk Receptionist/Building Manager at the University of Southern California. In 2019, they worked as an Assistant Sales Representative at Hyperion Solar Energy and a Consulting Assistant at SunPower Corporation. In 2021, Hayleigh began working at Oracle as a Cloud Applications Consultant. In this role, they specialized in providing resources and value within ERP and HCM and assisted customers in adaptation and implementation with solutions to secure data and ensure their IT solutions are simplified and accessible. Hayleigh was also a Level Up Mentee in 2022 and a Q2 F22 BDC Grit Award Winner. Hayleigh is currently a Relationship Manager at Forta, a position they have held since 2022.

Hayleigh Smith attended the University of Southern California, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing.
