Mary Aranyos

Mary Aranyos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, content marketing, customer success, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager for DEIA at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Mary leads the implementation of a 4-year Equity Roadmap and successfully launched an in-house engagement survey with high participation rates. Previous roles include Senior Content Marketing Manager at Textio, where Mary developed educational content, and Senior Consultant at Peoplism, focusing on DEIB assessments and change management strategies. With a diverse background in customer success across various companies, Mary has consistently improved processes and client engagement while also providing content consulting services and career coaching. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
