Founded in 1955, Monterey’s is a full-service restaurant built around traditional recipes served in a cantina atmosphere. Authentic Mexican fare, combined with value pricing, have resulted in broad-based appeal and loyal customers throughout Texas and Oklahoma. The brand has 10 locations and specializes in Tex-Mex customer favorites like enchiladas, fajitas, burritos and queso.
