Blake Albright

Blake Albright has extensive work experience in various financial and leadership roles. Blake is currently serving as the Chief Capital Officer at Montfort since August 2022. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Brightpath Capital Corporation starting from March 2016. From 2016 to 2017, Blake worked as the Chief Financial Officer at 80-20 Growth Corporation. Before that, they held multiple positions at Fibernetics including Chief Financial Officer from 2015 to 2016 and Vice President Strategy from 2013 to 2015. Blake also served as a Managing Partner at Fibernetics Ventures Incorporated from 2014 to 2016 and as a Managing Director at ClearPath Financial Services from 2012 to 2015. Blake worked as a Senior Consultant at Prophix Software in 2012 and as a Manager of Finance at GHCU / EDCU from 2012 to 2012. Blake started their career as an Analyst at ArcelorMittal Dofasco, where they worked from 2010 to 2012.

Blake Albright holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Management Accounting / Finance from McMaster University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree with a Research Specialization / Business Administration Option from Wilfrid Laurier University between 2005 and 2009.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Albright has obtained several certifications. Blake became a Mortgage Broker certified by the Financial Services Commission of Ontario in June 2013. In April 2013, they obtained the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario). Albright also holds the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Certified Management Accountants of Ontario, which they obtained in September 2012.
