Jad Bou Saab

Jad Bou Saab has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jad started their career as a Student Intern at Cayan Group - Real Estate Investment & Development in 2012. After that, they worked as an HR Advisor & Client Relations at Red Stone Real Estate Broker from June 2012 to August 2014. From November 2014 to July 2018, they served as an HR Business Partner - Organization Development at Petrofac. In August 2018, they joined Korn Ferry as a Management Consultant, where they managed projects and developed tailored solutions for clients in areas such as organizational structure design, workforce planning, HR strategy, and more. Currently, since March 2021, Jad is working at MONTFORT, first as a Human Resources Manager and later as the Head of Human Resources.

Jad Bou Saab completed their high school education at Beirut Evangelical School - Rabieh from 2005 to 2008. During this time, they focused their studies on Economics and Sociology. After graduating from high school, they pursued higher education at the American University in Dubai from 2008 to 2012. Jad earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance.
