Abby Lindsay Ostovar

Abby Lindsay Ostovar, PhD, is a Water Policy Specialist at Montgomery & Associates, where project management focuses on sustainable groundwater management through science-based decision-making and stakeholder collaboration. In addition to this role, Abby serves as a Lecturer at California State University, Monterey Bay, teaching courses related to water resources in the context of climate change. Previous experience includes Adjunct Faculty roles at American University and teaching positions at institutions like New York University. Abby's doctoral research explored collaborative water governance through extensive fieldwork and has resulted in numerous publications and conference presentations. Additional experience includes positions with the U.S. Department of State, where environmental programs were managed, and various research roles focused on environmental policy and planning.
