Dillon John Ficca

Dillon John Ficca is currently the Manager of Community Engagement at Montgomery College, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Dillon served as the Community Engagement Team Lead and Community Engagement Specialist at Indeed Flex from May 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included creating connections between private sector opportunities and public sector institutions. At Housing Up, Dillon was the Senior Manager of Community Engagement from May 2019 to May 2022, focusing on supporting families experiencing homelessness. Additionally, Dillon was the Deputy Campaign Manager for Jose Rico's Campaign for Alderman of Chicago's 12th Ward from November 2018 to February 2019, aimed at enhancing the local community. Dillon holds a Master of Public Administration from Clemson University, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Northeastern Illinois University, and an Associate of Arts in Political Science and Government from Triton College.
