Jon S Frey has extensive experience in technology management and consulting, currently serving as Manager of the Employee Productivity Team with Montgomery County Government since January 2012. In this role, Jon leads major IT initiatives, including the rollout and adoption of Office 365 for 10,000 staff members. Prior to this position, Jon served as Chief Information Officer for Montgomery County Health and Human Services, where a significant enterprise solution was developed by consolidating 90 legacy systems. Jon’s earlier career includes a successful tenure at GE Information Systems, where a global marketing business was built, and military service as a computer science instructor at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Educational background includes a Master's in International Business from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's in Business Management from Ladycliff College.
