Jose Thommana

Jose Thommana is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and public administration, currently serving as Division Chief for Montgomery County Government since June 2015. Previously, Jose held the role of Chief Performance Officer at the District of Columbia Government from July 2008 to June 2015, where responsibilities included identifying and measuring key performance indicators to improve agency performance through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Prior to this, Jose served in various capacities, including Chief of Operations and Acting Associate Director at Arlington County from 2001 to 2008, and Project Manager/Senior Engineer at Scientex Corporation from 1996 to 2001.
