Rolando Luis Santiago, PhD, CFRE has diverse work experience in various leadership and consulting roles. Rolando Luis currently serves as the Chief of Behavioral Health and Crisis Services at the Montgomery County Government, where they oversee the implementation of core functions and ensures the effectiveness of programs and policies. Before joining the government, Rolando was self-employed, taking time off to support their aging parents while seeking new job opportunities. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Development and Communications at the Jubilee Association of Maryland, leading fundraising and integrated communications efforts. Rolando also founded and served as the President and CEO of Santiago Consulting for a brief period. In their earlier career, they held the position of Executive Director at the Lancaster Mennonite Historical Society, where they managed various operations and established organizational partnerships. Rolando also served as the Executive Director of the Mennonite Central Committee U.S., overseeing program planning and fundraising across multiple regional offices. Their extensive experience in the field of mental health includes roles at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene. Rolando is a qualified researcher, evaluator, and translator.

Rolando Luis Santiago, PhD, CFRE holds a Certificate of Professional Fundraising from Boston University, specializing in fundraising. Rolando Luis pursued their Doctorate in Educational Psychology from the University at Albany, SUNY. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Eastern Mennonite University.
