Daniel Yip

Daniel Yip has an extensive background in English language development and education, currently serving as a 6-12 English Language Development Supervisor at Montgomery County Public Schools since July 2010. Yip's experience encompasses various roles including ELD Teacher, PK-12 Content Specialist, ESOL Lead Teacher, and ESOL Teacher. Additionally, Yip worked as a part-time adjunct faculty member at Montgomery College, instructing courses on academic writing and reading for English learners. Previous positions include teaching READ180 and ESOL in District of Columbia Public Schools and serving as an English Language Trainer at Berlitz US and an English Language Instructor at Xi'an Jiaotong University. Daniel Yip holds a Certificate in Administration and Supervisory from Hood College, a Master of Teaching from American University, and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the State University of New York at Fredonia.
