Megan L.

Megan L. is an experienced educator currently serving as a Family and Consumer Science Teacher at Montgomery County Public Schools since August 2019, where responsibilities include guiding middle school students in essential life skills and creating hands-on learning activities. Previously, Megan held the position of Lead Elementary School Teacher, overseeing the 5th-grade department to ensure curriculum goals were met. Experience also includes a role as Site Manager at Living Classrooms Foundation, managing a team of educators to deliver STEM instruction, and positions within marketing sectors at the Restaurant Association of Maryland Education Foundation and various other organizations. Megan holds a Master’s of Arts in Teaching from Towson University and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Shippensburg University.
