Bianca Parker

Bianca Parker has extensive experience in education and research management, currently serving as a Family and Consumer Science Teacher at Richmond Public Schools since July 2022. Prior to this role, Bianca held the position of IACUC Manager at Virginia Commonwealth from October 2008 to July 2022, where responsibilities included reviewing research submissions, managing IACUC operations, and overseeing training for committee members and the research community. Bianca's earlier experience includes working as a Laboratory Biologist at Technology Research Inc. and as a Study Technician II at Covance, where skills in animal care and research methodologies were developed. Bianca holds a Master of Business Administration in Small Business Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from Virginia Tech.
