Daniel Pena Ma, Lp

Daniel Pena, MA, LP, is currently serving as the Deputy Director of the Montgomery County Reality Based Training Center and also holds the position of Manager of Training Operations. Daniel has extensive experience in law enforcement, having worked as a Reserve Deputy Sheriff and Dignitary Protection Detail Lead/SWAT at the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office since 2010. Additional roles include Adjunct Instructor at Wynn Solutions Group Inc., Houston Area Security Manager at Global Security Corporation, and Warrant Officer in the Texas State Guard. Daniel's entrepreneurial experience includes being the Owner/Manager of WDS Security and Consulting. Early in Daniel's career, notable positions included EMT/Paramedic at Harris County Emergency Corps and Personal Security Specialist/Medic at Triple Canopy. Daniel's educational background includes a Master's degree in Security Management from American Military University and a Bachelor's degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management from Ashford University, among other qualifications in paramedicine and public administration.
