Siobhan Kirksey, MSN, RN, AATMC, CDP, serves as the Women Veteran Program Manager at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs since January 2022 and works as an Admission Nurse at Montgomery Hospice since February 2017. Previously, Siobhan held the position of Senior Manager of Clinical Programs at Privia Health from February 2019 to January 2022, where responsibilities included developing and managing clinical programs with an emphasis on performance improvement projects. Additional experience includes roles as Manager of Case Management at Centene Corporation and Clinical Care Management Supervisor at Aetna. Siobhan’s nursing career began at Virginia Hospital Center as a Registered Nurse. Siobhan holds a DNP in Integrative Health and Healing from the University of Minnesota, a Master's degree in Family Nurse Practice from the University of Maryland Baltimore, a Certificate in Legal Nurse Consulting from Kaplan University, and two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Registered Nursing from Howard University and another in Biology from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Siobhan is also pursuing a Certificate in Nursing from Drexel University.
